Logo Design Contest
General:
- Anyone can enter the logo contest, they do not need to be a MTTWS member
- Voting will occur in person at the 2026 TWS conference
- Depending on the number of submissions the board may select top choices to present as options for voting
- The current logo and a logo with the updated TWS logo will be options
- The winning design may be altered and will be property of MTTWS
Prize: The winning artist will receive $200 and swag with the new logo design
Deadline: Submission are due by midnight February 10th, 2026

Design Specifications:
Content: Designs should represent the organization’s mission to serve and represent wildlife professionals in all areas of wildlife conservation and resource management. The words “The Montana Chapter of The Wildlife Society” or “The Wildlife Society Montana Chapter” must be included.
Originality: No AI may be used, designs must be original work without copyright infringement.
Format and quality: Submissions should have a maximum file size of 16 MB and be submitted as an image file (TIFF, TIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG). The winning design will need to submit a final high-resolution version. If a non-digitally drawn logo is selected we can work with you on digitizing.
Complexity and color: Contestants have the option to submit 1 or 2 versions of their design. Contestants must include a design that is black and white and can be printed or embroidered on a small scale (think printed on cups or embroidered on a sweatshirt). If desired, contestants can also submit a second version of their logo design that can include unlimited colors and increased complexity for digital or large-scale printing use. Our current logo has two version, see below.
